Variable Data Printing at Production Speed
In addition to an extensive line-up of printers and inserters in our SOC-II certified facility, Direct One operates the first Ricoh Pro VC80000 in the Southeast.
The continuous-feed inkjet press prints on a roll of paper at production speed and reads a data file as it runs. Every piece in a mailing can carry its own name, offer, photos, copy and code.
The press places tiny drops of ink on paper according to a digital file, with no printing plates. When the file changes from one piece to the next, the printed result changes with it. A single mailing can carry thousands of versions at the same speed as one.
